You deal 28 cards face-up into three overlapping pyramids—each starting with one card at the top, then two below, three under that, down to four at the base—forming three peaks. The remaining 24 cards go into a stock pile, flipped one at a time to a waste pile. Your goal is to clear all three peaks by matching cards to the waste pile, one rank higher or lower, no suit needed.

Here’s the climb: only fully uncovered cards in the peaks are free to play. Grab one that’s one step above or below the top waste card—like a 9 on an 8 or 10—and remove it, opening up more cards as you go.
